Marion County, Missouri publishes an official Current Inmates list, not a rolling three-day release report. The page has no date-range filter, archive, prior-day view, or release-history control. It cannot be used to rebuild who left during a weekend by subtracting names from memory.
A three-day records query can still answer the question. The time boundaries must be stated. A request from Friday afternoon through Monday afternoon differs from three whole calendar dates, and staff should not have to guess which window was intended. Ask for existing release logs, movement reports, or booking/release records covering one continuous start-to-end period.

Marion County Weekend Release Checks

That practical value does not imply a special Marion County weekend rule. Research found no official daily release time, weekend or holiday procedure, public exit location, family waiting point, transportation plan, or promise that records will be produced at once.

One search result can appear more complete than the official Missouri page: a MyR2M “Marion County” roster advertises inmates released in the last 48 hours. That source is for Arkansas. Its location and agency labels refer to Yellville, Flippin, Bull Shoals, Arkansas courts, and the Arkansas sheriff system.
The wrong-state 48-hour page is useful only as a warning. It cannot establish a Marion County, Missouri release, and its names or images should not be copied into a Missouri record search. The official Missouri page carries the Sheriff’s Current Inmates title and lacks both a 48-hour and 72-hour archive.
State and agency identity should be checked before reading any same-name county result. A clean design and a release label do not make a source local.

Request the release/transfer date and time, release authority or type, and destination or receiving agency if recorded. If staff do not maintain a report in that form, narrow the request to booking/release records for identified people. This asks for existing documents rather than requiring a new custom list.
Missouri law generally requires access as soon as possible and no later than the end of the third business day after receipt, or a detailed explanation of the delay and the earliest date and time access will be available. Reasonable search, research, and duplication fees may apply. Request electronic copies, an estimate before production, partial release of separable open material, and a statutory citation for any withheld field.
